Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to request a complete refund of the purchase price within 30 days. Please note, the customer must cover the cost of return shipping. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will process your refund.
Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately . We will provide instructions on how to return the product for an exchange or refund.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item to receive a refund.
